Ready for another fun challenge? This month (May 2018) our Papercraft Business Challenge #6 is “anything goes w/optional twist of Mother’s Day”.
We have a great prize from Lawn Fawn. It’s a “happy mother’s day” die. I love it and I wish I had that in my stash.
The stamp I used in my card is “Lily” from Concord & 9th. Unfortunately this will be retired just as soon as they sale all of them. The link is below. I hope you pick up one. It was so much fun coloring this large lily stamp with my Arteza Real Brush Markers. I have purchased the 96 count and not sorry I did. The quality and ease of use is up there with Kuretake Zig Clean Color Brushes. I will probably mix those two brands for one of my watercoloring projects (or maybe not). The pigment is gorgeous in both brands. My go to watercolor paper is 140# hot press. I use the smoothest side and the paper’s texture is just right.
My finished card is a finished size of 4.75 square. The Arteza colors I used are Crocodile Green, Bumblebee Yellow, Honey, Orange Rust, Autumn Red, Red, and Blue Berry. My sentiment is from a clear stamp set from Gina K Designs, as is my cardstock in Ivory, Black, and one of Gina’s new colors Tangerine Twist. My finished embellishments are KaiserCrafts flat back black pearls. All my links are below.
My Lily card will be entered into the following challenges:
Simon Says Wednesday Challenge – Anything Goes
Stamping Sensations – One for the Girls
Crafty Friends Challenge – Flowers
Creative Moments Challenge – Anything Goes w/optional twist of flowers
So glad you stopped by and I hope you join us for our Papercraft Business Challenge #6.
