Happy Sunday everyone! Yep, it’s new release over at Ellen Hutson LLC. This time ‘round we are showcasing Julie Ebersole’s designs. Julie has several new ones and they are amazing and so much fun to create with.
Today I have chosen the “Mondo Sukura”, or cherry blossoms, along with the dies. I think I now have all of Julie’s Mondo florals. They are all gorgeous and so much fun to color and create with!
I first stamped the bloom cluster on 140# hot pressed watercolor paper and colored with my Tombow watercolor markers. I also used a gold glitter pen for the stamens. Next came the cutting with the coordinating die. I think this is the first time for me to use a coordinating flower die (I usually fussy cut). I love the way it turned out, especially after popping it up with foam tape. I now know that I will be using all my floral dies a lot more now. I have all the supplies listed below with my affiliated links at no cost to you. When you head to Ellen Hutson LLC please click here. You will be directed to all the new goodies. The next item added is the sentiment. I stamped the “you are” with black ink first. The “wonderful” die was cut three times and each cut was stacked on top of each other for more dimension. To finish my “You Are Wonderful” little piece of art I attached all items to a white panel, layered that white panel onto black cardstock. These layers were then attached to a white card base. My finished card is an A2 size.
Before you go I wanted to let you know that there is a color challenge that ends May 15. Choose your colors and an Ellen Hutson LLC product and link up. Hey, a $50 drawing for the winner is not too shaby!
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope that you check out all the new products created by Julie Ebersole. In fact, Ellen Hutson LLC has several YouTube videos showing you ways to use a few of these new products. If you have any questions, please contact me.
