Welcome to our Brutus/Monroe’s Inspiration Team’s Blog Hop. Our theme this week is showcasing Brutus/Monroe’s gorgeous cardstocks. We have not only the cardstock, but envelopes and inks to match said gorgeous cardstocks.
This time around I wanted to make a Christmas card, but a little snarky. I chose our “Oh, Deer” stamp set along with our Marsala 100# cardstock. This stamp set is a lot of fun. I see many more cards to make with this set.
I first stamped my chosen stamp (grumpy reindeer) with our Raven ink and proceeded to color with Copics. I fussy cut “grumpy” and then cut a frame with Marsala 100# cardstock and two of our Foundation stitched squares dies. I cut more layers from that die set and assembled the card. We have a video showing the color companion series for our cardstock, envelopes, surface inks, and glitter cardstock, click here.

This project was simple and a lot of fun to make.
I hope you have fun hopping along with our B/M inspiration team. I know they would love a visit and a comment. Here are your hop links.
